Return Policy

You can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The returned products must be completely new, unworn and perfectly intact in their original packaging. We will strictly control the product.

Returned products with signs of wear and tear or damage will not be accepted. In addition, the return request will not be accepted if the product has been rendered unsaleable or if the product does not correspond to the product originally ordered.

Returned products must be sent in additional shipping packaging to prevent damage to the original shoe box. Genky Sneakers has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.

Shipping costs incurred during the return of your order(s) are not reimbursed by Genky Sneakers. The customer will have to ensure that a reliable logistics provider is chosen and that the item is returned.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If your return is approved, your refund will be automatically processed and credited to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment method, it will take 2-5 business days for your refund to be processed.
