Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Genky. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our shipping policy. All our packages are sent with PostNL. We ship our items 7 days a week. All orders ship within 2-5 business days of payment. All items are thoroughly checked before shipment.


Genky delivers all over the world. All items are delivered in the original packaging including all accessories. For extra protection, they are carefully shipped in a separate shipping box. We ship our packages with PostNL. Although we do everything we can to deliver your order quickly, we depend on third parties for this. Genky can therefore not be held responsible if your order is unexpectedly delivered later than indicated.


Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This e-mail contains your Track & Trace number. This tracking number is active within 24 hours. All orders are shipped with a Track & Trace number from PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace number in your order confirmation email. Use this to track your orders. The delivery time is stated in the terms and conditions of PostNL. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.


Genky is not liable for products that are damaged or lost during shipment. If you have received your order damaged, please contact us. Genky is not responsible for any taxes and duties upon delivery.
